Dr.Pooja Jain is currently working in the department of Computer Science and Engineering at Indian Institute of Information Technology, Nagpur. She has total 19+ years of experience including 4 years of industrial experience at IBM and CSC. Being a topper throughout she excels in academics as well as research. Her areas of specialization include Natural Language Processing, Machine learning, deep learning and Generative AI. She has more than 60 publications in SCI/Scopus indexed Journals and conferences. She is the pioneer of AICTE Training and Learning (ATAL) Faculty Development Programs in CSE. She is a subject matter expert for Data science and Machine learning programs. Two scholars have completed their PhD and 10 are currently enrolled under her guidance. She has successfully completed industrial projects with DRDO and Cairn India as PI/co PI.
